Threads anointed music hooks the listener and share with them a message of truth, hope, and freedom. Threads desires to go to the unreachable places and minister to His children, the lost and the brokenhearted.
We are threads of different colors and Jesus is the common Thread that runs through us. He intertwines and unifies us in this tapestry of life. “From one man He made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth.“ He is the reason we sing and live and have our being.
For two years, Autry, Daniel and Ruben were part of a 9-member worship band known as Selah. They led worship for the youth at a mega Church in Austin, Texas. Upon Selah’s breakup, God kept the three together to fulfill a dream God had placed in their hearts long before they ever met...to share the message of Jesus Christ through their music and lives. In 1999, the harmonies of Threads came alive with a sound and a vision all it’s own. Not just through the blending of their vocal talents, but also through God-inspired song writing.
In their first entitled CD “Mercy Is There” released in 2002, you will hear messages unfold, truths being shared, and love being shown. It is meant to be a light in a dark world for those who can’t find their way.
2007 promises to be an even more exciting year for Threads as God continues to give them songs and bring in long awaited musicians. Since the making of their CD, the musical style of Threads has changed but their message has remained the same.
Threads desires to worship God in spirit and in truth. They also desire for you to do the same. “Present yourself a living sacrifice holy and acceptable unto God. This is your true act of worship.” We believe as we submit every part of our being to the Lord, He will use our music and our lives to change the lives of others, says Threads.
